RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL unless defective or damaged.

All purchases made at Harmony Life Co., LLC are final sale. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of defective or damaged products. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Because digital items are available immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

COACHING SERVICES

Cancellation and refund terms for coaching sessions and packages are outlined in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of everything we offer. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. Here's what to do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@harmonylifeco.com
  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion

RETURN SHIPPING FOR DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If a return is required for a verified defective or damaged item, Harmony Life Co., LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided once your claim has been approved.

REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of claim approval and issued to your original payment method.
