Harmony Life Co., LLC offers a mix of self-fulfilled physical products, dropshipped items, and digital downloads. Shipping timelines vary by product type and are outlined below.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (such as downloads and digital content) are available immediately upon purchase confirmation. No shipping is required.
SELF-FULFILLED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Orders for items fulfilled directly by Harmony Life Co., LLC are typically processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Processing times may occasionally be extended during high-volume periods or when we are temporarily unavailable. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
- Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are in addition to processing time.
DROPSHIPPED PRODUCTS
Some products are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier partners (such as Printful and Spocket). For these items:
- Processing and production time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on the item.
- Shipping transit time varies by carrier, product, and destination.
- Estimated delivery for most domestic orders is 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
