Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Harmony Life Co., LLC offers subscription-based products that are billed on a recurring basis. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account portal on our website.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a billing date will take effect at the end of that billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it is non-refundable.

COACHING PACKAGES

Coaching packages that include multiple sessions are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy:

  • full refund will be issued if the package is cancelled at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
  • 50% refund will be issued if the package is cancelled less than 24 hours before the first session, or after the first session but before the second session.
  • No refunds will be provided after the second session has taken place.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: courtney@harmonylifeco.com

SINGLE-SESSION COACHING

Single coaching sessions are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy:

  • full refund will be issued if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: courtney@harmonylifeco.com
